Scott House (Tuesday - Thursday, 1 - 5 p.m.; and during April, Sunday 1 - 4 p.m.) Profiles 14 women who made a difference to our town and whose individual efforts enrich our lives to this day. Grouped by Suffragists (Mary L.B. Olcott, Laura Curie Allee Shields of the Equal Franchise League), Philanthropists and Conservationists (Elizabeth Hull, Louise Peck, Anne Richardson), Politicians (Lillian Moorhead, Elizabeth Leonard), Professionals (Irene Hoyt, Mabel Cleves), Artists (Geraldine Farrar and the four women of Weir Farm).
A book is also available at $5.
