Once we receive this completed form, expressing interest in being a part of the Country Fair, we will send you the Health Department’s Temporary Food Service Application, which is necessary for participation. The Ridgefield 300 Celebration will absorb the necessary fee. Please call Dane Kysor at 203-241-7126 with any questions.
